Has anyone had a crash or reboot of the machine happen? I'm a newer user and just got the MPC One, updated it to 2.9.1.
I was inside the sample editor slicing up a sample, had about 8 slices in a longer sample about a minute long. I turned off link slices and added my next slice inside an existing slice a I had. So think you had slice #8, then you add slice #9 inside say slice #4. All of a sudden I get a crash type dialog and the machine quickly rebooted. It did not auto-save so I lost some work - but it wasn't the worst thing in the world.
I'm wondering if this has been anything anyone has experienced with firmware updates in the past? I understand that pouncing on the most recent firmware is always risky, but I'm wondering how long you often wait with this gear to update. Some people on other equipment wait a few months.
I sent a detailed support message to akai about it, but since there's no real debug info I can send them afaik they'll just have to try to reproduce the bug with testing.
Thanks in advance,
