I have created a song of different sequences. The intro sequence to the song has a slightly different bpm than the others. When I create one sequence it plays the intros bpm throwing the rest off. Is this how it works? Or is there a work around?

Each seq has 1 bpm.
When you convert song to seq mpc uses the first seq as a template.
Now that it’s a seq, it uses the track assignments, bpm from that first seq when it was a song.
Song mode will play the diff seq’s bpm’s because it’’s technically not a converted song to seq.
Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!
