MPC One Loose Pad?

when i press a pad it kind of feels loose, especially when i hold it down and let go
its fully functional, but this feels not good when im playing

do you guys have any tips?

had that with a couple on my mpc live 2. i just returned it. i have pads here on an X i compared it to and it was not up to par for me.
If you feel the same way about your issue, i suggest just returning it.

The unit is a defective hardware build. My tip is to send it back to where you bought it and exchange it for one that is not defective. No pads should feel loose at all.
