Okay so in drumtrack I lay down a simple 1 bar beat with a simple 909 kick. x4.
It plays perfect.
I save it as a audio clip and when I use that audio clip BOOM the first beat doubles up, like boboom.
So : boboom boom boom boom. And repeat. Get what I’m saying?
What is the problem?

This is with every kick, clap or whatever I use.
It’s perfect until I save as a audio clip and play it in a audio track.

Anybody knows what’s wrong?

what file type / bit rate etc ? i know with some file types there's an inserted blank at the start but if you get a stutter in the start of a wav file its likely an issue in the process of rendering it. Maybe an MTC issue? I can't imagine why it would double it up that way though. Are you using any external modular midi hardware? or perhaps have some other track in your program sending some renegade midi note to your track? if it does it on a completely new project with no hardware plugged in i'd be scratching my head over that.

Hey thanks for the reply!

I have it on empty project, no external gear.
A simple WAV kick or clap 24bit 44100. I make a loop from that myself. Just 4 beats, 1 bar. (Same issue with 8 beats 2 bars)
In the drumtrack it loops perfect. But as soon as I save the loop as a audio file it turns into crap.
Also made loops with other programs to test, same problem.
Made them in the same bpm as I use them.

When I add the 1 bar loop in a 2 bar clip I do see tail from the last kick overlapping into the second bar.
But this doesn’t explain why the loop sounds good when it is in a drumtrack and not anymore in a audioclip.

that is absolutely mind boggling lol... these new mpcs have the most random of bugs. I got nothing. I'm interested to see how this unfolds. Have you done anything ape like and reset the units settings? At that point i'd get so annoyed i'd wipe the settings reinstall the rom and if it did it again bin the project and rip my hair out lol.
