It has different layout it looks very nice!, so from the store they mod it ,but apparently something went wrong ...maybe it's simply a loose cable ,but don't waste any more time, it's defective and under warranty ...

If its under warranty, take it back
I think like a MPC. A program is a tool. If the sculpture don't look right, Don't blame the chisel..

UPDATE:
Sent the unit back and they convinced me with an additional discount to keep the order and have their technician look at it. Turns out a ribbon cable was disconnected so "good news, everyone". Got the unit back in working order and got an extra discount to boot. So far I love this thing.
