Yeah the factory content is the actual image file of the internal drive, just under 10GB. Akai used to trust folks and send it out, until people started sharing it left and right on the internet. Its proprietary content that belongs to Akai, so now you have to send your MPC to them to reflash it. If you were lucky and got it while it was still around, power to you, I got mine in case I ever need it. Otherwise, you're out of luck.
