No sound in WAV separate track export ?

sup fellas ,

a friend of mine with mpc X and osx in controller mode cant get any sound in the wav tracks exported from separate programs song export mode


his normal full bounce mixdowns work but not with separate tracks.

any idea where this might come from ?


i told him to try ALS export and same result
