No I was pissed because it would not let me log in. My account is fine however they still have not responded to my pleading for help.

They "deleted your account for some reason"? :nod: Create a new one, register your new Akai MPC Live 2, and contact tech support for the file. Strangely enough, the restoration file I have is the original Live, even though I have since sold that one and picked up the Live 2.

I read the whole saga on that thread. I did sent an email to Akai and still no reply. I made my research long enough for my problem and I need that factory file. Like many here I just want to recover my MPC that I bought 2 week ago. Thanks.

K folks for the billionth time.

No one here has the file for the Live 2. No one here has the file for the X. No one here has the file for the One. No one here is going to post links or share any of the images at all on this forum, its off limits. You need to contact Akai and wait for them to get back to you.

And with that I'm locking the thread cause I'm tired of this being asked.
It's an Akai IP. Tutor could get in trouble. It can't happen here. Go elsewhere.

I see someone asking again, I'm deleting and/or locking, whichever I feel like doing that day.
