F9 Instruments collection Missing

New to the MPC community and just purchased a MPC One Retro. From what I've read, I should have access to the F9 Instruments collection.

I registered my MPC and have access to the software downloads section but there is no download I can find for the F9 Instruments collection. I see all sorts of other expansions but no F9.

Is there a reason I don't seem to have access to download this expansion?

F9 Audio Expansion Pack is near the bottom of my account for the MPC Live II

Same for me, F9 appears at the bottom of the list. I have a standard One.

It's a trash expansion anyways. The key groups are sampled in wide steps.. there is only one or two useful keygroups in the entire expansion. MPC will transpose the notes for the sections that werent sampled and its meh-ish at best.

It should be public and free because its not worth the gun powder to blow it to hell. Just a waste of space.

The Expansion and Update integration is garbage with the MPCs.
I love the MPC, truely do but they need to look at how Native Instruments has done this with their Maschine+, it truely is light-years more advanced and is easy to do.
It's mindboggling that in 2021 the MPC xevices can't even update OTA (over the air), let alone install the expansions and packs you have registered.
