Hello there
I hope im not creating spam here but i checked the first few pages and didnt find an answer for this question.

I have an MPC one and have made various songs with sequences. I want to be able to perform these live with me singing over them. I wanted to know if there is a way to load up all your projects so i dont need to open up my browser, click new, select a project, and then start playing it. I feel like there would be too much of an awkward pause. I want to be able to perform one song after the next one with out too much waiting, or even have the next one already loaded up and starting. Some of these songs are a bit more dancy and i would like to play them with a similar flow to using a controller. Does the Akai MPC One offer anything like this built in? or does any one have any suggestions for accomplishing this?
Thanks ahead!

Just one project at a time I'm afraid. Options include combining projects into a single project, having a second device play some kind of filler between loading projects (drone or looped sample etc), or buy a second MPC and alternative between the two.

I'd look at option 1, as long as each project is efficient with memory usage, for example using plugins instead of samples where possible, mono samples instead of stereo, purging unused samples from the project, non-destructive editing techniques (slices, pad parameters etc).

Load up project 1 and in the browser go to project 2's 'projectData' folder and load up the relevant programs and sequences (tap on the 'MPC' filter icon in the browser to show this hidden folder). But you must have unique program and sample names within each project (unless the program is genuinely identical to an existing program in memory)
