Greetings. I just purchased an MPC one and there is static from the outs going into my mixer. I’ve tried two different mixers. Also the static occurs when plugged into pro tools the MPC one Doesn’t even have to be on for static to occur.
I was on with sweetwater tech suppprt for over an hour and couldn’t solve. So I sent it back and got new one. Same issue.
The headphones work great as well as when just plugged straight into my Roland amp
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
