My Moog Subsequent-37 outputs mono and so with that alone it will always be mono. 37 has a mono input to process ext audio through it’s analog filter so anyone with a 37 should be aware of that, og mono kiks audio from other gear can take FULL advantage of this input if wanting to impart an analog moog filter.

Kronos2 has mono and stereo synths by default and whichever I use will be that. Only thing that can change that is mono/stereo fx if assigned, some fx mono, some stereo. Can be used as an efx unit just like new mpc’s.

Many diff workstation kybds do this same thing so peeps should be aware of that.

In short, think of a real kik drum, there’s only one mic recording it, mono. ANY processing other than that basic default real drum recording can possibly change the panning waveform info.
