Factory Reset(not the preferences)

Is there an actual factory reset? I'm trying help a vendor out on a refund/resale. There doesn't appear to be one in the online manual. I do mean going back to old firmware and everything.

Not to my knowledge. But you can just install an older firmware if you can find the installer and manually delete any user added content

I figured, the factory content appears to be set in stone, so I guess it doesn't need an actual reset, since it can't obviously backup on its own.
