Import Logic project to MPCX

greetings, I'm new here and new to the mpc world. What would be the best way to import a logic project into an mpcx? I have midi tracks and audio tracks in the logic project.

How do you want to use the tracks in the MPC?

Do you want to hit play and then just mix and add effects in real time? Do you want to “play” the instruments from Logic live on the MPC?

I’d suggest trying to make clips for everything as audio files and then use clip programs on the MPC like Logic’s Live Loops. The. You can launch each clip and add effects.

If you want to play instruments, set up Autosampler in the MPC to capture multi samples of the instrument. Then you can import the midi, or play it live.

I've moved a few projects from Ableton and Maschine into MPC and IMO it depends on how your projects are structured, but TLDR you can sample sounds into MPC and create appropriate programs and record in midi into MPC.

Initially i thought about dragging MIDI into MPC software, but as it sucks ass in this regard it'll create separate tracks per midi note AFAIR. You can convert midi to mpcpattern files and drag them onto desired tracks.
