New MPC X - flagship product refresh

I mean you aint kidding, I'm like here checking this post and searching the web every week for someone to post another rumor and or leak...! Maybe its gunna be a Xmas present from Santa at AKAI =) I'm hoping for sooner!

what would u want to change in the current unit? I always thought the screen looked to big so Im thinking wither they make the MPC bigger or they make the screen smaller.

I think the shiny PVC type part where the equalizer is should be changed; so they have a small section for the equalizer and the rest of the upper unit should be the same matte colour and material as the rest (if that makes sense)

I would also change the side panels sot look like th empc60 side panels and would also make the styling more like the mpc3000

I would rather a screen that lays flat with the unit rather poking out the top. Its a silly design. I couldnt care if i got alittle less real estate.
More in's! It can only input 4 at a time. I want all 6 to enabled atleast. One of the big ones is HDMI. Just give people alittle mouse support and hdmi for editing in the end and whalla.

Regarding OS and not hardware.... Give us spectrum analyzer. Like i would like to use the screen for what it could be potentially attended for. Like even an oscilloscope or a visual eq. I just cant believe these things are over looked. I could say more. But yes regarding hardware. More in's, and HDMI mainly would be awesome.

actually i do agree about the screen it is a silly idea they should recess the screen, so the hinge is closer to the pads or move the pads lower so the screen fits within the body of the X.

but i think if they can look at the body of the mpc60 mark one and look at the black edition mpc3000; and kind morph the best elements of both into a new body that shit would be dope.

maybe bring back the vertical data slider; or two like the mpc2500

and maybe they dont need 4 rows of q links maybe u just need two rows
