It is MK1 compatible. I seen this comment and was about to rage, but checked the 2.10 minute long video on YouTube, in the comment section they replied to a comment confirming the MK1 is not left out.

It is. MPC Live 2 and MPC Live have literally the same hardware.

i haven't got the new plug in instruments, at the start it says plug in missing, you got to dl 3rd party ?

They have the synth content as a download under the updates

It seems that they fix how the folders works, so now I can find all instruments and drums easily. Any idea on how to install the plugins?
