Will this work with class compliant USB microphones (which I assume are just small, class compliant USB audio interfaces incorporated into a microphone’s case)?

Obviously, USB mics that require a driver would not work, but is there any reason mics such as the Shure MV7 or Rode NT-USB Mini (which are both class compliant according to the manufacturers) would not work?

I'm so confused about this synth content. Isn't the MPC internal drive hidden? Do we need to add this to our expansion drive? I've done that and it's not doing anything.

Thanks for helping

I’ve done usb and my hdd. The message about synth content has stopped showing up. When I go to the ‘mpc synth content’ folder I don’t see any options to open the plugins.

Also does this mean if I used sd card it would need to always be plugged in?

This is so amazing. Inmusic is doing a great job. They are really committed to making the MPC all it can be. It will never be like a computee based DAW... But then again, a computer based DAW will never be like an MPC... I have to commend Akai for its ongoing updates... Hoping to make more dope tracks out of this beast!!!

add to expansion drive / sd, and be sure to restart the MPC after.

I’ve just spent the last month learning Maschine+ as the mpc did not have usb audio cc. Or a wavetable synth, and then this happens. So glad I didn’t sell my MPC, the chopping, non-encrypted ecosystem and midi/audio routing are so much better.

I didn't remove the 'Synth' folder from the folder it came in so it wasn't working. Thanks for the assistance.

That is a good question though.. I guess all the synth contents on the ssd need to airways be there for the plug ins to work now? What if your ssd fails? Would tubesynth, bassline, and electric still work?

Killer update though.. I'm blown away...

Going to update later this week question on usb compliance interface.. how can you use it .. if running your DAW.. it will also need to see your interface?
