Hey everyone whats up. I got an MPC Live about a year ago. I have been using it, but now it wont turn on. The light indicates it's charging but it still wont turn on. Has anyone else had this issue? I searched the topic and only found 1 post that was similar but I think the guy had a bad charger. Mine seems Ok. I opened it up and something that I noticed was that there is a small white "outlet" (I guess is what I'd call it) on the circuit board behind where the charger plugs in. If one where to take the casing off, there is a similar outlet on a circuit board where the ground is connected. It looks like behind the chrger port, something should be plugged into that outlet. I never pulled it apart before so I don't know why anything would be missing. Does anyone know if that is supposed to be that way? If any one has a clear pic of the circuit board that I could reference, it would be a start. Thanks guys.

Yes. It started it back up, but it went out again. How long is considered a while? The last time I did it I rigged the button to be pressed down and left it that way for an hour. Came back, un rigged the button, and pressed it down again and it worked. Is that too long or is like 5 minutes considered a while? Thanks

Is this the OG Live or the Live 2?

I had the exact same issue but I just bought it and exchanged it at the store. No matter how many times I tried restarting, holding down the button I had no luck. I could see a red light in the box which indicated there was still battery left. I even let it run out of power over a day. Plugged it in then just saw the buttons light up then it went completely off. Were you able to get yours figured out?
