What are the 2 red lights inside the MPC Live?

There are two lights that are solid red on the inside of my LIVE and it wont power up. I'm assuming the battery isnt dead as the lights wouldnt be on if it was. Any suggestions?

Hold the power button until you see the lights go out. It may take 5 seconds or so but eventually they will both go off. It means the board is still on. (to some degree)

Thanks. Is it safe to say that if the battery were dead, those lights wouldn't come on at all?
