Mpc Beats hardware pads don't play chords

HI

i set Chords 1-3-5 on Pad Perform for example if i click with the mouse on A1 pad work and play the chord
If i tap with finger on the pad 1 on mine AKAI MPK MINI play only one note

i m beginnner on this software but how can set up for fix this problem ?

Go to 'Edit > Preferences > MIDI' and set the MPK to 'CONTROL' under input ports.

Then in MPC Beats go to 'View > Browser > Midi Learn Browser' and under 'Global' and enable the MPK Mini mapping.

If the pads still don't work you'll have to manually map them - select a 'New MIDI Map', hit LEARN and hit pad A01 in the software then hit pad A01 on your MPK, and so on for all the MPK pads.

The MPK249 mapping doesn't work for my MPK249, no matter what preset I have selected in the MPK, so I just made up my own mapping (my MPK is second hand, so perhaps the previous owner messed up the presets).
