Hi, I’m new to mpc-forums.com and hoping somebody can help me with a problem I can’t figure out on the mpc one, when I’m switching through sequences, the plug in volume changes, and I have to adjust the knob manually to return it to the proper volume, anyone have this happen to them before? And know how to fix it?
Thanks a lot

One thing that tripped me up at first was that each "track" has a volume 1-127 that is tied to the sequence. So it's actually a strength when you're aware it does this, but if you don't look at the track levels side window it could be hidden from view. This is not the same as program level, which seems to be global to the project.

Thanks 64hz and jabberwalky, I don’t know to much about automation, apart from erasing it track by track in the sequence window, but I’ll look into it.

Another thing that may cause issues are different samples or plugins that haves similar harmonics, this can sometimes cause the clashing sounds to appear quieter than they otherwise would, check your mix by muting and unmuting each track to see is anything is occurring, then if there are clashing frequencies you can add an eq to the offending track and roll off what's making mischief...
