MPC One 2.10 - Multiple output routing/buses....

I'm new here on the MPC train, because I'm deciding at the moment to buy one haha I have the One on my list till release, because I'm a bit unhappy with my Digitakt. But that's another topic.
As of today I noticed that since the last update you can use Audio Interfaces with the MPC series and thought that this could help me solve my live setup problem. But since I never used an MPC One I have a question about the routing.

First my live setup problem. Sorry this will be a long post.

Right now I do my first setup with the goal to reproduce my live set. I'm coming from Eurorack so I never played the same set live. Now I have a setup where Eurorack only acts as a relativ big FX Case and the actual sounds come from my Digitakt, the dreadbox Typhoon and a Audiothingies Micro Monsta. That right now goes all Stereo into my Motu Ultralight Mk 5 into my home desktop pc into Reaper. Then I send every track to the master out on reaper and into seperate bus tracks with a send to a stereo pair back into the eurorack fx chain (could also send the channels directly to the stereo out but big faders of a bischannel in reaper is easier to handle with a mouse then a small rotary send knob, so only a reaper issue. I hope this information is not to confusing haha). So I can easaly say this synth goes to to the fx and this not and to what degree. And then of course the eurorack signal comes back into the last two inputs of the motu and get's mixed together with the dry signals.

So now my questions. Can I reproduce such a setting inside the MPC routing workflow? Yes I red parts of the manual and noticed submixes only work in controller mode, so is not helping because I want it standalone. Such things as buses don't seem to exist? I don't know exatly what the routing tab in audiotracks does, because I never saw a picture of the page, so maybe there is the solution? I only saw that you can decide what is the input and what the output, but also seems that you can only have one output at a time?! Other question is can I route several sources to one output? The manual doesn't say anything about the handling with audio interfaces because it is from the last (i guess?!) Firmware 2.7 or something. Couldn't find one for 2.10.

And my final question if that all works, if I plug in the audiointerface, can I stil use the two ins and outs from the mpc one? Because I would like to have two seperate fx channels in eurorack, but I'm out of In's on my motu so the two in's on the mpc one could solve that. But that is only a bonus. I still have out's left could make two effect sends (if that what I descriped worked) and do the summing of the fx returns in my eurorack case. Not so sexy but would work.

Sorry for the long long post, but yeah a bit frustrated of this problem. Tried it with a Ipad and cubasis, but it simply doesn't work, because routing there is as well very simple, and this is too complicated, but of course it is no fully fledged daw. Then I thought to buy a laptop extra for this case or a digital mixer who can do all the routing internaly. But yeah all 1500 bugs and above for such a simple task. At least it is in my head very simple. So after I discovered the 2.10 firmware I thought maybe it works here.

And then I can get rid of my digitakt, finally have stereo samples and could make this setup finaly portable and repeatable. A bonus as well is that I finally can learn finger drumming

Submixes work standalone, though there are only 8 of them, and you can't route from one submix to another. Only from submix to master. There are three layers of routing: (1) program or audio channel --> (2) submix --> (3) master. And you have 4 sends/returns, which don't have to be used only for "send effects" like reverbs or delays, you can use them for things such as sending a kick to the sidechain of an external compressor via a separate output. If you have multiple outputs in your MPC or use an external audio interface.
