Mpc 2000 classic " for those that dont know"

I am in serious problems and askin me if anyone could help me.
Yesterday I get my first mpc 2000xl which I bought from ebay .
Its inan good shape but I immediately noticed that 5 PADS doesnt work!!
PADS 13, 5,1,2!!!
So here is my questions: Can I still use my MPC or are there any essential functions which I cant do without these PADS...I dunno otherwise I will need to get the MPC fixed....anyone knows how much this would cost?
