3000 and mophatt/proteus sysex

Thankls Den, so under the Proteus I choose multimode map? Set the MPC to a blank, UNUSED?, channel, and then press send? I can get the Prteus to send some sort of data, because the wait screen comes up but nothing seems to happen.

It should happen pretty quick, I mean like bam! done. Are you using a midi track on your MPC? You should be able to see the sysex data in step edit after you do it. If not, then there might be an issue. I read your other post about the bugginess so it might be your machine acting up. What OS are you using?
