Question about Mpc Live internal effects..

Hi! I wonder how i can add some fx, like delay on my recorded sample.. In the way, that the delay is launched just in particular part of the sample, not the beginning of the sample. Lets say, i have an 8 sec. long guitar riff sample, and i want to add delay only to the last note of that sample. Is it possible?

You can use automation to record effect parameter changes, for example the wet/dry ratio would allow you to add delay at a certain time

How i can do that? Mpc would not give me any choices to automate fx paraneters. It would be so nice, if there is that kind of feature.

Hi, why dont you just read the manual or watch some YouTube videos? Most of your questions can be answered in a matter of minutes if you just search for it on google or the manual^^

Yeah, in Mpc Live II, there is that deticated button for automation, not in the Mpc Live 1.. haven´t found answers how i make it in Mpc Live 1. Yes, propably there is some answers if i dig deep enough in internet, but i have nice song going on, and just want to keep producing what i´m doing, hoping that some one can answer me here. Top right (from memory- may be left) there's a little green icon on a white background. Hit that and it turns red. That's your automation record enable.

There's tons of ways to automate, so do look at some of the videos posted above as well.

Big old 'R' automation button at the top right of the screen in MAIN, GRID etc. Press this to make it 'W'.

What I believe elstebbano is trying to say is that we're very happy to help people here, but it's nice to see people make an effort first themselves, normally by checking the obvious places first (e.g. the manual). Then if you are still struggling with something, we can provide that extra info.

Okay, my bad. I know that "big old R" automation button, but earlier i couldn´t make it work in fx parameters, don´t know what i made wrong in that time. Now it´s working like it should. Sorry guys, thanks for the help and patience. I should learn some patience for myself more and do my own research.
