MPC X Activation code

Hi everybody,

I have one very critical question... It is about the activation code for software installation for the PC that should be connected to mine MPC X...

I have bought mine MPC X on 24th August 2019. More than two years ago. But I had registrate it much later, last year actually. I have found the Activation Code in mine account under 'registered products'. But only trouble is that when I tried to use it and submit it in the proper activation screen there for, that same screen displayed each time the same error message: "Activation code has been redeemed to many times before" (or something very similair). And it never worked.

As first I have approached Akai via website for support. Via email. No one answered. Than I called Akai (In Dallas Head Quarters, and I called from Serbia, that is where I am from), a female agent asked me some personal data and than she suggested to switch to email correspodention. I accepted it ofcourse, because of the phone costs. She answered maybe and one mail then she stoped. Then I turned to the distributers in Serbia, where I bought it from. They also tried something, but then they sent me to the current licensed distributers. They have sent me to another person that is just a MPC user, no official entrepeuner. The idea was that he would let me borrow his license for the activation code. That did not work neither because he could not submit mine credit card credentials on his Ilok account, and that was needed because even borrowing of the license from a user to third party costs 25$ on Ilok. And after theall hustle during a whole year, I still have not managed to make it work. I will spare you mine personal disapointment impressions, as a user and as a buyer. I have payed a full price of an MPC X than. That is all I know. I am desperate for a solution. I have tried every possible option, and every one of it was a dead and. I don,t know what to try any more. Any suggestions, please? Or at least can I get a positive answar to this question: Can I buy activation code for MPC X, and where? Please help. If this was a new MPC then it sounds like you already redeemed the code. Normally you redeem the code once and then manage the two available activations within the iLok software. How did you initially try redeeming the activation code? The best way is to do it directly in the iLok software as per this video:

Do you still get the same error? Is the license not now listed in your iLok account? If it's still not working I'm afraid Akai must reset your activation. To ring them cheaply from Serbia, use a service like Skype.

in the meantime try installing MPC Beats, it's basically the MPC Software with a limit of 8 tracks. Not ideal of course, but you shouldn't be having to buy a new MPC Software license.

I have tried initially to redeem the code on the same manner as from the video, and I still get the same error... I cant ring Akai Support via Skype service because they are using an landline telephone in their offices offcourse... Look, I have tried everything I could to have my Activation resetted, and I could not manage it, it is not working, no matter how much effort I putted in those attempts. And I am really starting to get tired of it, cause it seems to be an dead end street for me. But still, I do need that software for finnishing my music album, and if I don't get that software activated I will never find peace with my MPC X, there will always be something bugging me about it, when I look at it. So can you please help me by answering this simple question: Where can I purchase and by a brand new activation code, please? I think that would be the most simple and least painfull solution for my issue, to have it finnally resolved and to have mine MPC X finally set up propperly, and as it should be. You can't purchase a brand new activation code unless you purchase a new MPC with an activation code. There is no way around that.

A MPC Software license on its own is just not the same thing. But if you want one, you can buy one on AKAI's website.

A functioning business would answer their customers in a timely fashion but the Customer service at AKAI is "mystical" at best...
