Mpc X and control surface version

hi all, I restored the factory content with the file that Akai sent me, everything is fine during the upgrade even if the screen was upside down, everything works but i can't load only a demo template, precisely Old Skool Template. I have an updated live 1. I noticed that the control surface version of the live is 1.11 and the mpc x is 0.50. With live I don't have this problem. Could it be the control surface? The rest all works perfectly. hel me please.

where you able to fix the control surface to be at V 1.11 on the MPC X ?

Doubt thats a control surface issue. the control surface firmware thing only updates the bit of code that sends input (midi values) from the haptic input interface (the buttons).

try to load the template from the browser or see if its even available to you?

it'll be in az01-internal-sd in the demos folder or should be.

Pro tip.. if you can find the demo project from another machine, you can unzip the restoration file and add the demo to the "data/demos" directory and rezip it then install it using akais method.
