I posted this in the beginner section, but didnˋt get any answers:

When I record audio to an audio track they cut off at bar 100, is this a limitation or a setting, which I didn't find??

I am on a mpc live 2 with 2.10

Thanks for any answers!

I don't know if there is a bar limit but there is a 5 minute limit to audio track recording. Maybe that is it?

At 120 bpm one bar of (presumably) 4/4 has a duration of 2 seconds, so 100 bars should have 3m 20s (= 200s), this could hold not quite 565 MB, so I‘d doubt that considering the RAM limit. But good thinking, e-Brainz!

Although, this is considering you don‘t have any additional audio tracks or samples loaded. Other threads mentioned the 2 GB RAM limit minus the OS, so probably it might be correct.
