Simultaneous plugins

If I have two different midi keyboards connected to the MPC, would it be possible for each of them to "play" an internal plugin ?

This imho is one of the best features of the MPC. You can run an entire band off the MPC. Patch a guitar in, a mic, plug in some electronic drums, a couple keyboards then configure it all so each users device controls their own track and rock out.
