Mysterious Simultaneous Play Action

For some reason whenever I hit any pad in any bank; it triggers pad 8 in bank A. When I start a new program the problem is still there. Can anyone offer me some advice on how to get my pads back to there original setting

Have you switched off and back in again? Are you using a project template? Have you tried preferences > reset?

Yea...reset your preferences. And is this happening with New Projects? Plus he may be in Pad Performance Default setting?

Yes, default pad perform settings would give the appearance that pad A8 was also triggering with pad A1. It isn't, it's just showing you the next octave up to the note you are playing. If you hit A02, pad A09 will light up as well. Are these pads lighting up in blue-green?

Yes ive tried turning off and on and the problem still exist. Even though I have a new empty project with nothing loaded in, when I hit an empty pad, pad 8 lights up. It doesn't matter what pad I hit

I do not have a reset preference option on my preferences screen

What Firmware are you on? On Firmware 2.10 Its at the Bottom Right on the Preference screen

im running version 2.1. The only button I have on the bottom right of my preference screen is VERSION INFO
