Copy pads between drum programs?

Is there a way to copy a pad from one drum program to another?

I'm probably missing something obvious!

My ancient Mac can't even run the software so its hardware only for me too.

Yeah, I use that one a lot, mainly for quick access to the channel fader and fx slots
