double the track length

hi,
except in grid mode is there a way to easily double a track length ?
explain :

let's say I've a 4 bar sequence but I've played my beat on 2 bars. I've set my track length to 8 beats to match the 4 bar loop. now i wanna copy my first 2 bar beat to the second 2 bars of the sequence to edit a variation at the end. how do i do that ?

Investigate all the various editing options via MAIN, using the pencil icons on the sequence and track rows.

investigated already, but all i have in sequences pencil option is for bars and events.
thought the event copy allowed me to do this but the only option i have is to add event at the start of a track.

No need to update firmware, it's there. It's also described in "Sequence Section" in the manual.
