I'm looking to find a better workflow.
sometimes I make a sequence with 8 bars. I make a drum program with 8 steps. on the track I set it just 8 steps so it repeats all 8 bars.
when It's time for automating mutes, I'd like to be able to mute for 8 bars and not 8 steps. So I turn the step count to sequence. but when I go to the track midi notes, it's only for 8 steps (obviously). So then I copy paste the 8 steps to all 8 bars.
not a huge deal when I'm just doing 8 bars, but the thing is sometimes I'll make huge songs with like 120 bars per sequence. Copy pasting 8 steps to 120 bars just kills my workflow.
so is there a way I can take 8 steps and easily copy paste it to all 120 bars in a sequence?
