Hello; I was guided here to make a feature request for future MPC 2.x software releases. I was trying to see if I could find a topic thread where such requests are collated but there are way too many topics to leaf through and the search didn't seem to find anything relevant. If there is a specific channel, apologies and please re-direct me! Anyway; to the request...

It would be great if the CV/Gate outputs found on the rear panel of my MPC Live 2.0 could be used, not just for CV and Gate, but could be set for 'transport controls' such as a clock out, and a stop/start/reset pulse, making it easier to integrate with other modular sequencers. Maybe something in master settings where you could assign the CV/Gate ports, and then they are removed from the ones you can assign in the sequences?

Would be super handy...

Best- DJP.

There isn't a thread for feature requests because no here has a clue why all of a sudden they are telling people THIS is the place for bug reports, feature requests, etc.. Akai has never come here, never mentioned it to anyone, etc.. This all news to everybody here.

It's likely the same person, using alt accounts. Akai have their own forum, which is relatively easy to get into, you just have to fill in a form. I would never consider myself a hardcore mpc or force user, yet I've been I cites to join both the forum. And **** programs.

Welcome to the MPC forums! That said, whoever guided you here to make feature requests wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer or probably rides the short bus to school. Akai has no presence here and does not read these forums. But if you'd like to stick around a discuss your MPC (or Force) with fellow fans like us, stick around!
