Default MIDI note length and velocity

How do I set the length and velocity of the MIDI notes I draw in on the grid? It currently always inputs a 16th note at 127 velocity but I’d like to input everything I draw in at 90 velocity and then once I have a beat go back through and edit the velocity and note lengths ect.. many thanks

Haven't found a way. So just make the one you want and copy it several times.

When it comes to step edit mode or drawing manually AFAIK the length is based on resolution in TC.
You can use TC to process all events (shorten them or lengthen them) or you can use list edit to change velocity/length of selected notes.
