Is the clip program usable?

Any one notice that Most of the time a clip has a double hit at the start of the loop.
Sort of making it useless?

Needless to say, there is a lot of room for improvement for the clip programs. While I could complain, I focus on working with what we have instead.


Check your
1] OS – I am not running the latest
2] Warp settings – there only 2 warp options but try both
3] sample Start/end points

I don't have that problem.

Are the sample loops edited correctly? Make sure they are on the 1, and as it hits the zero axis. Don't assume any loops you got from Akai are edited correctly.

This issue seems to appear when you play the clip at a slower master tempo than the original tempo of the clip. If you play it at the original tempo, the warping is fine. Playing it faster is somewhat ok, but still not in time.

Lol, I'd imagine playing at original tempo would be fine, as no warping taking place
