MPC LIVE 2 MIDI DRIVER ISSUE 2.10.1

So I just bought a mpc live 2 & im having a issue. So I registered the mpc on akai website & it went through, but for some reason when I try to wireless connect on the midi driver it says I have a invalid serial number & now I can’t connect to ableton. Which I’m so confused cause I already registered the serial number. Someone help pls ):

Is the invalid serial number coming from the Akai Professional Network Midi app or Ableton Live? Which version of the Network Midi app are you using?

In the preferences of my One, it says my serial number is invalid as well.

I was recently trouble shooting a guys problem and we touched on the hardware testing option on the MPC. I ran it and it said that the serial number wouldn't be available until the entire test routine had been run/completed. I didn't actually perform the tests as it meant plugging all sorts of cables in to run it.

Maybe that's what you need to do?

I think it was press and hold play and play/start and bank a button and power on the device.
