No option to bounce an audio track (into an audio clip)

When I am in "Main" and click on the pencil on the end of the (audio) track row, there appears no option to bounce this track.

The only 5 options that are shown on the screen are:

EDIT: Delete - Clear regions - Reset channel strip - Copy rack
SAVE: Save current channel strip

What am I doing wrong?

There is currently no dedicated bounce option for an individual audio track, but the workaround is to 'solo' the audio track and then press the pencil icon on the 'sequence' row and select 'Bounce to Sample'. This creates a bounce of the entire sequence, but as you have solo'd the audio track, you'll only hear the audio track in the resulting bounced sample.

But how do I then get my created sampe into my "TRACK MUTE" screen, to create sequences by muting/unmuting parts/tracks?

Assign it to a pad in drum (or clip program), set up a DRUM track in your sequence and have it trigger the sample at 001.00.00. Hit Play start and enter the track mute screen and mute away. Make sure you've enabled 'instant track mute' in Preferences > Sequencer.
