I was wondering if you can connect the DP-24SD with MPC one like the Tascam model 12 can ?

Not with the usb. You could only run cables from the mpc out to the tascam. You could just really get a 2 track. You can how ever explode the mpc tracks into a daw. Then export each stem into your audio depot, then load them to tracks on the tascam.
