I would love my MPC Live to be able to...

- Read PDF files... Simply. To have all my hardware doc under my hand, all CC tables....
- To play MP3. I travel a lot, stays days in hotel rooms. Always with my Live II. Come on, we have the battery, we have the speakers, we play/compose music everywhere... but impossible to simply listen music..

Yeah I know, but just in a simpler way. Load a folder full of your stuffs in the SD card, and play the content.
A minimalistic interface with the usual suspects Next Prev, Pause Play Rnd...

- watch movies on the screen
- maybe install office and do spreadaheets and Powerpoint presentations via the pads
- go online and post stuff on the mpc forum (also by tapping the pads.or the encoder)
- being able to install a software on the internal drive to do my tax report on
- mine crypto while making beats

Learn a lifetime of linux knowledge, brick a pile of SoC's, get better with time, hack your mpc, add the stuff you want.

..or just use your phone cus the mpc is a dedicated sound computer and a really nice one.

Just grabbed a 30-band graphic equalizer off eBay. I was looking at getting a spectrum analyzer too, but decided against it.

And yes, while you should also send your direct suggestions to Akai, we do like to discuss them on this forum as we can expand on them and polish the ideas together, nothing like a bit of group think. And Akai of course do keep an eye on what is posted here and on all social media.

But, let's just post feature suggestions in the dedicated topic, so I'll lock this one.
