i cant seem to find out how to chop my samples what funtions on my 2000 do i use?????/

with auto-Chromo function only found with the 2xl isnt that right??

VERY VERY good tutorial..
Just with my 2k, it takes me 2x as long...have to stop and save each zone..

then if it dont sound right have to start over!!

yeah the 2k dont chop, zone, only the 2kxl does that.

i know about zone in 2kxl.....but what do you mean by chop? does it automatically adjust slices to transients, or does it chop by tempo (8th notes?).

in other words can the MPC2kXL chop samples and loops like RECYCLE can? or do you have to mark the points for each slice manually? :?
