MPC LIVE 2 - Midi Learn Not Responding

hi all,

i am attempting to connect a universal midi controller (faderfox uc4) to control some pads / volumes for live performance.

i connected the controller to USB input 1 in back of mpc live 2.

i go into midi learn, i add a source and add the pad in the program. i then set a target, i press learn, and when i move anything on the controller... nothing happens.

the controller by default is already controllering some things so i know the midi connection is working.

anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
I had a similar problem.
To enable midi learning, make sure the 'Control' button is checked for the midi controller used in the preferences/midi panel.
Without this, midi learn remains "muted":
