MPC One stuck on Parameters

Hello,

I have searched all over the web and in FB groups. Have also emailed AKAI but thought I'd ask here as I don't know how long I'll wait for a reply.

My problem is this: In any project as soon as I load a plug-in (Omnisphere, Nexus e.t.c) and go to program edit, I just get pages and pages of parameters. I can't do anything, it's just stuck on them. Does anyone know how I can get out of it and use the usual program edit options?
Right now I can't make any music as I can't get out of all these parameters. Any suggestions gratefully received as I'm just stuck. I've reinstalled MPC 2, no luck. I've reset, no luck.
I keep thinking it's a setting but I have no idea how to find it and change it.

Hello, I realise what you meant now, no I don't have the option on mine, it's just a "Version" button.
I'm getting a bit worried that I'll never fix it, it was fine one minute then wrong the next. Is there a workaround to get to this setting? Sorry, I'm coming from the 5000 and never had any sort of issues with the One before.

Its Ok...we'll work it out here for you. What Version are you currently running?

You may have to Hold the Shift Button down to reveal the "Reset Preferences" button?
