1st, I run in standalone mode how the hell does it know there's a new download available? And is there an easy way to see what file they're talking about? I went to my Akai's download section and don't see anything marked as new except "NEW: network MIDI driver" But there's no date so I have no idea how new the new is. And my One said plugin instrument. So I'm assuming it's something else. But looking thru the file list I can't remember what I've downloaded to try and figure out what's new.

I Googled this and didn't find anything helpful aside from "go and download the files" Prior to this I had downloaded everything on Akai's site and am running the 2.10.1 firmware.

It's just an automatic message, will appear even after you install them. You have to click remind later or whatever.
There's a dedicated button in help menu on software MPC, the synth content link from akaipro page seems to hang/download fails.

I can link you the file if you need it

From your explanation there's nothing even for me to download. I got the One about 2 months ago, the very 1st thing I did was update it, then downloaded everything that can be put on it it off Akai's site. Strange I've turned it in probably 200 times and yesterday was the 1st time this message popped up. If there is a newer than 60 day synth or something I'd love a link though.

Easy way to check .... do you have the Hype plugin installed, as that's one of the new synths.

If you have previously installed Hype, Odyssey, Mellotron Solina etc, there are no further plugins to download. That message comes up until you press 'Don't remind me', it's a bug, I don't think the MPC is able to correctly detect the presence of these plugins, so it just continues to nag you until you tell it to shut up. I have reported this issue.

AYUDA !!! GRACIAS
