mpc one controller

hi, i tried controller mode but i can't activate it. when i insert usb, on the pc a folder opens from which i can upload my works on the pc but i can't use mpc one to work.
anyone have solutions? I've already seen useless videos ...

When you say you can't activate controller mode, do you mean you get a message on your MPC one saying looking for computer?

If yes, re-run the MPC software installer, first popup choose your hardware (MPC one). Second popup you'll see the software instal with. Tick next to it, immediately below is the driver that needs installing.

Download the 2.10 software for either windows or mac. You'll be able to install the driver there.
