Hey! How is it going fellow MPC users?

I've got a brand new MPC X from the store last week. I was digging into it all week long, im learning super fast considering this is my first ever drum machine.

Theres one thing i became aware of about the hardware itself. When i turn it on, its in full silence, then after 1 minute i start to hear like a HDD drive spinning & a little bit of a white noise type sound. The interesting thing about it (at least for me) that its only doing it when i switch to a drum program from a plugin program or doing something in program edit, pad parameters or channel mixer, xy fx. when i switch back to other menus, like browser, sample edit, or a plugin program, keygroup or pad perform for example, the spinning noise stops. Its interesting that its giving a noise in browser when a sample is already loaded, but if its a blank project, then theres no noise at the browser menu either. Maybe its the internal memory working? This noise comes from the hardware itself, i cant really identificate the exact location of the noise, but i can hear it clearly when i lean very close to the sd card slot output or to the left side of the back of the MPC. I don't know if its just the hardware switching on a part when the mpc is working with drum programs or anything attached to it, and thats what working in the background and thats giving the noise (you can hear it only if you lean close to the maschine tho) or my unit is faulty?
As i've said its not loud at all, i just became aware of it.
I've read a lot about faulty units this week so i got a bit paranoid. Is this a normal behaviour? Since im using the new unit every day, i want it to be flawless. Sorry if its a silly post, but it doesnt let me rest at this point.

PS: I use it only with a USB hard drive.

Any help or thought is really appreciated! :worthy:

Have a great day!
