So we go from “don’t buy the original MPC Live because I don’t understand that I bought a defective one” to “Akai thinks very highly of me so they sent me the update before they released it to the public.”

Essentially, time to go get more raid for all the bugs.

Seems he's perfectly on message if the aim is to discourage people from buying second hand MPC Lives and instead buy the latest MPCs. He does love his MPC One.

This bug drives me crazy. If they don’t fix this I will lose it.

Can't you change that in the MIDI settings?

Nice to see transport controls will sync using Ableton link with the new update :smoker:

Hoping Ableton will sync loop points and play position too

Love Ableton Link 3 - the transport start/stop controls are absolutely fantastic. I wish every single hardware synth with onboard sequencers on the planet had this feature. Less MIDI or USB cables is always a good thing!

It's paramount to us MPC X users

I just realized it's the only MPC 2.11 with PHYSICAL locate buttons

Very True. I just find it funny because I bought a used MPC Live MK1 on May 31st 2022 and it was in mint condition with no double triggers.

I'm really excited for the new version of the MPC Bible though, there are a lot of details to the new features.

All Models of the MPC are "Super Powerful", (especially the 3000, check out Ricky Tinez) I see no reason to discourage anyone from buying one new or used if thats what they want.

Still wishing for some of those dope features from the 4K like 2 LFOs and 30 destination mod matrix tho.

You've got like 8 locate points you can set up per sequence. I think you need to click the beat counter at the top to open the window. Not near the Live right now to double check..
