That vst lineup you highlighted is already in stand alone mode. So as it sits, it’s still the same as an mpc live and MPK attached
Not exactly, the MPC Key 61 looks like it ships with at least 16 plugins (8 new ones that were leaked). Even the new firmware update doesn't include these plugins, so it may be possible that there's some additional integration or features that haven't been announced yet. We're still not completely sure of the I/O either.
Also, MPD MPK Ray posted pics of some the original AIR Virtual Instruments (Structure, Xpand, B33 and Loom). These haven't been included in the MPC software yet, but it is possible they could be included with the MPC Key 61. I'm still waiting to see what all of the features are before I make any hasty generalizations.

Having annoying bright colorful rainbow glowing pad lights (that can’t be disabled!!!) flashing and shining up against my face and illuminating directly into my eye pupils and distracting me as I’m trying to compose on a keyboard unfortunately is a deal breaker for me. Akai, I suggest in a future software update you should allow users to disable those god awful ugly pad lights
