MPC ONE dead pads

Hello people. Hopefully i can find some help here,because i'm starting to loose my shit.
Few weeks ago i bought a used mpc one. It is in perfect condition and everything worked perfectly few days.
Then while playing i noticed that the pad A1 , A3 and A6 are become dead. Checked in the menu where you can see the velocity and sensitivity of the pads. A1 responds to aftertouch but not velocity , A3 doesn't respond at all, and A6 also responds to aftertouch. I watched everywhere in the web for solution , tried opening it up , cleaning that plastic thingy (pad sensor sheet) and putting it upside down. It worked... and i was happy.. . Until yesterday. For some weird reason it just started acting up the same way. And it's completely unsusable because somehow pad A1 is also stuck. So if i go to track mute,it automaticly mutes that track. If i want to play notes , it instantly plays the first pad constantly.
I ordered a pad sensor sheet from mpc-stuff. And i pray that it will help. But somehow i have a feeling that there;s something else that is wrong.
Before buying mpc one,i was using maschine MK2 , and i can say that the pads on maschine are much more sensitive and you can play very nice and light. I was really surprised how much you have to punch it on mpc. And i love finger drumming and mpc should be great for that , but somehow it isn't .. it either plays almost full velocity or it doesn't play at all , because i didn't punch it hard enough.
I really really love this machine ,and its great to finaly go dawless (ish) with it. But i just simply cannot use it anymore just because of these stupid pads.
Maybe somebody can help me somehow, give me tips on what could i do else while waiting for that plastic sensor that cost me wayy to much with shipping from the states to eastern Europe.
I even watched a video of a guy who had MPC2000 and made a small incisions on the pad sensor sheet where the pads are,and it supposedly should help. So i tried that just today , and it doesn't do anything to my pads. Still pad A1 is stuck on ON , and if i try to play it it doesn't , A3 completely dead and A6 plays first time when i touch it,then - dead....
sorry for rambling so much , i'm just really starting to loose my shit. i sold a lot of my gutiar pedals to buy this mpc , and now it's just not working properlly. If somebody could at least tell me that that new pad sensor sheet will help , even that would be great... But if you have any solution to how could i fix it , i would be really thankfull

I did.. :/ and it didn't help. I tried to cut the pad sensor sheet,just because i know that new one is coming and i kinda wanted to test that,but it turned out not succesfull. I'm just trying to wrap my head around what wrong can be with this small plastic sheet that it makes my pads dead or stuck.

Nah man , to be honest i've got a pretty good deal with it. I payed 450euros for it , and physical condition is mint. And software works completely fine and everything works great , except those 3 pads. I really love this mpc and i would sell it only if i could get maschine+ or something like Elektron device for it. So it's just best to try my best to fix it.
Today i opened it up once again. I took the pad sensor (that plastic sheet) and rubbed it with alcohol to clean the fat or some dirt that could be there (altho i couldn't see anything wrong with it). And also i took it and placed it upside down , so that pad A1 would be in the upper side , because when i go to track mutes , it automaticly mutes the track that is on the pad A1. And somehow today it's working fine again.. But last time was the same. I put the plastic sheet upside down , and for some time it worked fine , untill few days ago when exact same problem appeared (pad A1 , A3 and A6 are not responsive , or a1 is stuck , or responsive only first time i press it) .... So as i mentioned before i ordered pad sensor sheet for my mpc from mpc-stuff.com. The guy told me by email,that it could be sensor problem and that it needs replacement. Sensor cost is 16$ , but shippment to Europe is around 40$. So now i'm waiting for it and IF it will work fine with it , then i'm happy. If the same problem occurs , then i really don't know what to do ,because all the other parts are way more expensive and i don't even know which one to buy then because the problem is not 100% clear.

hello for my part I do not think I have a "hardware" problem but my concern is that all the notes I play are at the same velocity..

and also, yesterday, I wanted to adjust my layers according to the velocity and it does not work.....

isn't there a setting to change?
I don't think it's the full level because the velocity of all my notes isn't 127 (from memory, it's 100

actually I think I have a problem with my pads, when I go to my preferences I have the velocity which is stuck at 64 and no aftertuch????

and when i'm on a project and i tap on my pads everything will be 64 on the grid

I'm still surprised that it's a hardware problem I think it's a programming problem but I can't find how to modify it, could one of you go to your preferences and tell me if is it the same for him?
