Just happened to me for the first time, yay! 2.10. **** garbage. All I was doing was editing samples. I only had about 10 samples in the program and they were all one shot drum sounds.

I was getting it at one point when flattening pads in program mode.

Happened to me a few times. Mine was wav samples (metadata in there) and/or MAC trashes/index files work their way into my project folders. 
Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!
